So this is my first post! So exciting. This weekend has been a busy one! I decided to come home for a visit and for my sister-in-law Jenna’s baby shower. She got so many cute gifts and it was fun to see so many old friends from our old ward!
It has been a great trip! I was able to hang out with some friends before they went away to college and also some friends still here at home. On Monday Alissa, Rachel and I went to visit our friend Mai in San Francisco! We ate lunch at the sandwich joint called Ike’s place. It was so delicious, and then the rest of the day we had fun in union square shopping!
On Tuesday evening I was able to go jetskiing with Alissa, Lindsey, and Deana! It was so much fun! Then later that nightI went out with my friends Tanner and Taylor to get some ice cream!
On Friday evening after Jenna’s baby shower I went over to Tanners house and we watched the movie Soul Surfer! This story was really good but it wasn’t my favorite movie.
Then on Saturday we went to my cousin Laurens gender reveal party and we found out she is having a little boy in the beginning of January. She had her doctor put the gender of their baby in a sealed envelope and then they gave the envelope to the people at party city who then filled a box full of the color of the gender so at the party they opened the box and we all found out that she is having a boy! It was so fun and exciting!
On Saturday night my mom, Jenna, Scott and I all went over to our friends the Martins house and they made us the most delicious dinner. We had pulled pork sandwiches and ribs with the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had! I had made some cookies and cream cupcakes that turned out so good!
I am now back in Las Vegas, and am still looking for a job! Hopefully I can find one soon!
